Last night at MTV’s European Music Awards Show in Amsterdam Miley Cyrus went from grinding on a midget during her “We Cant Stop” performance to lighting up a joint after winning the Best Video Award for her hit “Wrecking Ball”. MTV had no comment on Miley’s on-stage smoke session. Do you?
