Miley Cyrus showed up to the 2013 MTV Europe Music Awards wearing a cut out dress that features pictures of deceased rappers Biggie and Tupac and on the back of the dress it says “Please Stop the Violence.” Miley is set to perform her hit single Wrecking Ball during the award show.
