Justin Bieber was arrested earlier this morning in Miami. Cops said, Justin was drunk, resisted arrest, and was driving on an expired license. Reportedly, Justin told the cops that he had consumed alcohol, smoked marijuana, and took some prescription pills before he was pulled over.
