Justin Bieber reportedly tried to steal a bicycle from a security guard at a casino in Las Vegas back in September and now there is video footage. After entering the casino through the employee entrance, Bieber spotted the bike and decided to go for a ride. Security quickly stopped him, had a talk, and he left the casino, on foot.
