Chris Brown Ordered Back to Rehab

Chris Brown has been ordered back to rehab for three months after the judge read a report that said a facility discharged him because he threw a rock through his mother’s car window during a counseling session. Chris must also undergo random drug tests and complete 24 hours a week of community labor.
